Freezing Vol 01 BD

Plot Summary: Set in a slightly futuristic world where Earth has been invaded and is at war with aliens from another dimension called the Nova, the story follows the adventures of a Japanese boy named Kazuya Aoi who enrolls for training at a special school for genetically modified girls called Pandoras who battle the aliens, and their male partners, called Limiters, who use a special power called “freezing” to limit their opponent’s mobility. The protagonist makes the acquaintance of an unusual older girl named Bridgette L. Satellizer who appears to be the most powerful Pandora in her class, but has not yet chosen a male partner to be her Limiter, and in spite of the warnings of all his friends, he decides to be her Limiter.(Source ANN)

I know the first reaction would be “there is something wrong with the TV pictures their small” or “why did you get the wrong resolution of this thing redo it” well no I did not get the wrong resolution for this show and no I won’t find another source. I got both the TV (ATX) and the BD from Hiryuu and according to the file I downloaded it was both 720p so I have no idea what happened anyway I choose the ATX version rather than the regular TV because I wanted to know(and I’m sure some of you also wanted to know) how much did ATX censor and I could say barely nothing. Yes most it was almost the same except for a few minor difference but the nudity and blood were still the same

Well here is the first volume from this (the 2nd) season. I wasn’t expecting the BD would be released this fast. Anyway, I wouldn’t put any hopes in this show to have any nudes as seen in season 1. I only found one redrawn scene in this volume and if you didn’t actually pull your eyes out, you wouldn’t notice it. :p

I liked this show very much and I don’t really see why this show was ignored well except for the fact that the story was not that deep. The drawing, the art and the color of this show was magnificent. If you want to pass time watching a very easy going show that has a lot of boobs and cat girls then I recommend that you watch this show.

Originally I expected a lot of censors form this show since it has a lot of nudity which was covered with sign boards and light during the TV release but I never thought there would also be a bunch of re-draws as well.

Ben-To Vol 01 BD

Plot Summary: You Sato is a new high school student living in the dorms. As his memories recover the next day, he discovers that trying to purchase half priced lunchboxes can be hazardous to his health as free-for-all fights with local students for the discounted food is the nightly routine. The girl from the night before, Sen Yarizui, is an upper classmate known as the Frozen Witch and is one of the local Wolves who dominates the area. She educates him on the rules of the game where Wolves eat well while Dogs settle for cup ramen. With fellow first year student Hana Oshiroi, a fetishistic germaphobe, You Sato sets out to discover if he too has what it takes to be a Wolf and taste the sweet victory of half priced boxed banquets or wallow in the bitter defeat of reconstituted noodles and salty broth in a styrofoam bowl.(Source ANN)

There are a few people who told me that they wanted to see a comparison of this show and as promised I did the review sorry it took some time for me to actually pick this up. The art is nice they also have a bunch of chicks here so I’m pretty happy with the show but to be honest the plot is a little weird.

I originally thought this was a very boring anime since the title made it sound boring but after doing the comparison it seem that it might be a decadent show but since I have not really watched the whole thing yet I could not really say if its good or bad. Aside from the senseless boob touching censor it seems like the BD has a longer preview than the TV and they had character introductions but I no longer took the screenshots since it’s not really part of the episodes plus they did not really show anything ecchi.
