There was nothing to compare in this vol since episode 5 and 6 didn’t get any censorship in the TV version

So in Episode 03 we got some censoring but it was all focused on guro (bloody) parts, so I guess the AT-X version will be tits uncensored and in the BD it’s going to be fully uncensored.

Highschool of the Dead Vol 01 BD

Ok, so the censors went a little overboard with this show. There are about 2 or 3 different TV versions each with various amounts of censorship.
For this series we will be comparing AT-X to Blu ray seeing as they had the least censorship at the time this show was airing and were the raws most fansub groups were using anyway.
